The Process

To get the ball rolling, we’ll schedule a chat – by phone, email or in person – at your earliest convenience to determine exactly how we can help you.

We will present a plan that outlines every detail of the proposed project and a price quote for your approval.

To confirm your approval, we will ask for a deposit of 25% of the quoted project total.

Our designer will create multiple distinct website concepts (multiple logo concepts, if required) and present them to you with the request to choose your favourite.

We will continue to solicit your feedback and revise both graphics and text until you are completely satisfied.

To confirm your acceptance of the design, we will ask for a second instalment of 25% of the quoted project total.

Our designer will complete the project, upload the site (or deliver the finished design in the case of printed materials) and ensure you’re happy with the end result.

Once all work has been completed, we will ask for the final instalment of 50% of the project total.
